Only appointed staff has access to personal information. Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Third-Parties such as Google Analytics, Plugins, and Social Media sites have access to information that users submit to ProstaKnight.
When is it disposed of?
User’s personal information is disposed of when a request to delete any personal information is sent to our contact mediums, such as a contact us form, email, or phone number from the user. Users are encouraged to contact us in multiple ways to ensure a faster response.
Principle 2 – Identifying Purposes
Personal information that is collected may be reviewed by the business before and during the time of collection. To read the business’s purpose for collecting personal information please read the section under principle 1, “Why do we collect it and What do we use it for?”.

Personal information that may be collected is a name and email address which may be required to continue the process of the user’s journey using the Site. The User consents to give personal information by clicking on any button that submits and sends personal information to the Site.

The Site has all of its practices described on our privacy policy page which can always be accessed at either the footer or header of every page. Only the Appointed staff has access to personal information for the purposes described in previous sections in principle 1.
Principle 9 – Individual Access
Upon request, Users can be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of their personal information and be given access to that information by contacting us on our contact us page. A User is able to amend any personal information to the most appropriate information by contacting us.
Principle 10 – Challenging Compliance
An individual shall be able to challenge an organization’s compliance with the above principles. Their challenge should be addressed to the person accountable for the organization’s compliance with PIPEDA, usually their Chief Privacy Officer.

Caching
ProstaKnight utilizes caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.
